WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE COURSE - 2 DAY CLASS!

The Jesup Police Department is now offering the Women's Self Defense Course October 23rd and 24th at 7:00 pm at the Jesup Police Department. This is a two day course. The course Instructor will be Ted Badami operator of the Wayne Family Fitness Center along with Casey Dunham. This course will show you ways to protect yourself if attacked by an intruder, this is a FREE class. Any questions contact Sgt. If an armed intruder came into your church, what would you do? On November 14th at 7:00 pm there will be a FREE class held to go over just that. We will show you how to keep your church safe and what to look for. Class will be held at 642 E. Plum Street at the Jesup Police Department. If you have any questions call Sgt.Greg Rozier at 912-256-4622. Again this is a FREE class and will last approximately an hour. Everyone is welcome to attend!
October 12, 2017 – Bullying Awareness Program

Where: 642 E. Plum Street (Police Department)
The Jesup Police Department is now offering a Bullying Program. This is a FREE program that is being offered to everyone who would like to attend. It will be held every month at the Jesup Police Department. This program is for children and their parent(s) that may have experienced bullying at one point or another. We will be going over a bullying power point that explains what a bully is and how to deal with them and the different types of bullying. We also want to know if your child is a victim of bullying. If your child is or has been the victim of a bully we will have Jesup Police Officers and Volunteers standing by during the program to offer support and mentorship. CPR TRAINING CLASS : The Jesup Police Department will be hosting a CPR Training Class. This class will be held at 642 E. Plum Street (Jesup Police Department). Upon completion you will be registered as CPR Certified. There will be a $20.00 Fee to cover the cost of your Certification card please bring exact change. CHILD PASSENGER SAFETY SEAT COURSE

This course gives you information on the proper use of car and booster seats as well as seat belts with children. The proper use of car and booster seats will be demonstrated. This course will be taught by Jesup Police Officer Cpl. David Parker, Certified Child Passenger Safety Seat Technician. This is a free course, any questions contact Sgt.
